Our journey started as a simple curiosity for Specialty Coffee and has grown into something much greater - a deep appreciation not only for the craft of coffee itself, but for the farmers, producers, and communities who cultivate it. Every cup we serve is a tribute to their work and a celebration of their labor. Each cup tells a story: of hard work at origin, of careful roasting and preparation, of the conversations, laughter, and dreams exchanged across the table, and the meaningful connections forged when sharing coffee with others.

Our mission is more than the pursuit of a perfect roast and cup of coffee. We exist to craft uncompromising quality by roasting and serving coffee that honors both the bean and the people who drink and enjoy it. We strive to create welcoming spaces. From our café to our mobile setups, we create environments where everyone feels welcome and part of the Intravenous Coffee family. Connecting people and communities are at the heart of Intravenous Coffee —because coffee is more than a drink; it’s a reason to gather, build relationships and communities, and create lifelong bonds.

We operate a 45’ rolling café and food truck that steals the show at events of any size, a mobile bar service that keeps the good times flowing, with a mobile coffee cart that turns ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences. From intimate gatherings, large-scale festivals, fundraisers, to private intimate events, we obsess over every detail so you can relax, connect, and celebrate. No Stress. No Chaos.
