A PLACE FOR COFFEE, CONVERSATION, AND COMMUNITY

Intravenous Coffee Company is creating more than a café in Bark River. We are building a welcoming place where families, neighbors, veterans, first responders, local organizations, and visitors can sit down together, share stories, learn something new, and feel that they belong.

TARGET OPENING: FALL 2027

From the beginning, the café and roastery have been shaped around connection. The space will be designed for everyday visits, community conversations, educational events, family gatherings, and opportunities to celebrate the people and history of Bark River.

COFFEE ROASTED IN BARK RIVER, MI

We will roast, package, and sell the Intravenous Coffee Company brand in Bark River. Customers will be able to enjoy our coffee in the café and purchase it through retail, wholesale, and online services. Through cuppings, tastings, and workshops, we will also share how coffee is grown, processed, graded, roasted, and evaluated— helping guests experience coffee with greater knowledge and curiosity.

FOOD FOR EVERY PART OF THE DAY

Our planned menu will include breakfast and lunch, followed by pizza and desserts in the evening. Coffee service will include espresso drinks, brewed coffee, pour-overs, cold beverages, seasonal offerings, and fresh-roasted coffee to take home.

COFFEE WITH A PURPOSE

Our coffee business will be built around service as well as quality. A central part of our mission is to raise funds, provide sponsorships, and build partnerships that support community needs, veterans, and organizations doing meaningful work. Specific programs, beneficiaries, and fundraising commitments will be announced as they are confirmed.

A PLACE FOR EVERYONE

We want Intravenous Coffee Company to become a dependable gathering place—somewhere people can meet a neighbor, reconnect with an old friend, hear a local story, honor those who have served, or simply enjoy a meal and a carefully roasted cup of coffee.
