Intravenous Coffee Company is brewing something bold for Michigan’s Upper Peninsula — a full-service coffee Roastery and Café where every cup makes a difference. Soon you’ll be able to taste beans roasted on-site, shop curated merchandise and locally made goods, and gather for community-focused events that bring neighbors together. From daily espresso and single-origin pours to retail bags of our fresh-roasted beans, we’ll fuel mornings and meaningful connections.
Our food truck and mobile bar and catering services deliver specialty coffee and our signature menus to private parties, public festivals, and corporate events of any size — crafted with the same care as our café offerings. We’re committed to “coffee with a purpose”: supporting local businesses, creating community spaces and programs, and honoring the service of our military, first responders, and law enforcement through partnerships and recognition initiatives.

From the beginning, the café and roastery have been shaped around connection. The space will be designed for everyday visits, community conversations, educational events, family gatherings, and opportunities to celebrate the people and history of Bark River.
COFFEE ROASTED IN BARK RIVER, MI
We will roast, package, and sell the Intravenous Coffee Company brand in Bark River. Customers will be able to enjoy our coffee in the café and purchase it through retail, wholesale, and online services. Through cuppings, tastings, and workshops, we will also share how coffee is grown, processed, graded, roasted, and evaluated— helping guests experience coffee with greater knowledge and curiosity.
FOOD FOR EVERY PART OF THE DAY
Our planned menu will include breakfast and lunch, followed by pizza and desserts in the evening. Coffee service will include espresso drinks, brewed coffee, pour-overs, cold beverages, seasonal offerings, and fresh-roasted coffee to take home.
COFFEE WITH A PURPOSE
Our coffee business will be built around service as well as quality. A central part of our mission is to raise funds, provide sponsorships, and build partnerships that support community needs, veterans, and organizations doing meaningful work. Specific programs, beneficiaries, and fundraising commitments will be announced as they are confirmed.

We want Intravenous Coffee Company to become a dependable gathering place—somewhere people can meet a neighbor, reconnect with an old friend, hear a local story, honor those who have served, or simply enjoy a meal and a carefully roasted cup of coffee.
